Policies for changes and cancellations of reservations:
- Any change or cancellation to your reservation must be requested at +52 8 (81) 8130 1818 with at least 24 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel providing your confirmation key (s).
- In peak season any changes or cancellations must be requested 72 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel and provide your confirmation key (s). For information about peak season dates, contact us at +52 8 (81) 8130 1818.
- If the change or cancellation is not made in the before mentioned time and manner, the charge will be made for the amount of one night plus taxes per room to the credit card with which the reservation was guaranteed.
- On the day of arrival, the hotel will pre-verify the credit card credit with which the reservation is guaranteed. If this card is not authorized, the reservation will be subject to availability after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
- In stays of more than one night, if the guest does not show up at the hotel, the “No Show” charge will be applied only for the first night of the booked room plus taxes to the credit card with which the reservation was guaranteed . The rest of the stay will be canceled automatically. There will be extra charge for any additional person over 12 years.
The maximum capacity of people will depend on the type reserved room. The cost varies according to the hotel brand.
